Work situation scenarios were explained to me and then I was asked more questions about this. How I would deal with these problems or situations.

One step in person interview. Asking general questions around the role, your experience and your motivation. Asked how you feel about working in forensic environment and gave examples of the information you have to deal with.

Are you ready to work with disturbing information such as crime reports?
Application form where you fill out a lot of information and video interview that is in the STAR format. Around 15 questions in the interveiw. Three people are present and you need to make sure you have good examples for each question.

Interview
There were 3 people on the panel. Before the actual interview I had two tasks to do in just 40 minutes. I didn't manage to finish the second task because I was SO SLOW and so paranoid about making a mistake due to nerves. However the panel were lovely and they really put me at ease. Although I didn't get an offer the feedback was excellent and the whole process was very positive.
