I applied online. I interviewed at NES Fircroft (Dubai)
Interview
I found the vacancy on LinkedIn and applied through their website. They replied to me and invited me to Dubai for a job interview. The paid for the airtickets, 2 days in a hotel, taxi and dinner. There were many candidates from Middle East and Asia. The company representatives were from UK. They told us about the company and then divided us into groups to make an assignment - a business concept of a new restaurant. Then they gave us 3 CVs and asked to choose one and "sell" the candidate to them. After that stage many people did not proceed further, including me.

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NES Fircroft (Houston, TX) in May 2019
Interview
I initially met with the internal recruiter and recruiting manager at a career fair. I spoke with both of them, and afterwards reached out to the recruiter to schedule an interview. Including the conversation with the recruiting manager at the career fair, I had 3 interviews total, the other two being with a team manager and the VP of the company. All three interviews were pretty basic, just wanted me to talk about myself, my goals, and my skills. The interview/hiring process was kind of long, lasting from the very beginning of April to the end of May (so about two months total). A lot of this was because two of the people involved in making the final decisions were out of office for weeks at separate time intervals. My final interview was May 7th and they let me know they were moving forward with other candidates on May 31st.
