Interview
First Aptitude test on paper all technical followed by 2 HR rounds. 1st with HR executive and 2nd with HR head. 1st round has discussion for new job role description expections etc 2nd for Salary negotiation with HR head and casual discussion again with brief description about project state road map etc
Last one was again telephonic scheduled for technical. All general questions regarding basic core java hobernate spring and all project related stuff and technologies used previously
good to be prepared for core java basics if you are going for Java profile, technical or programming on 2 programs, spring and hibernate knowledge, jdbc, collections, multithreading, servlets, jsp, json, webservices etc

Interview
The hiring and interview process was pretty smooth. HR was very co-operative and helpful in taking me through the complete process. All 3 rounds were completed in 1 day. And I was immediately given an offer.
