Had an initial phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They asked standard questions and made the job seem easy enough. Then had a second interview that was an hour long on Zoom. The interview was easy, they ask your sports experience and show you what a day working for them would be like.

Easy and straight forward questions such as; what sports did you play, what was your favorite/best sport, what was your (or a friends) recruiting process like? They also confirmed the very low base pay of $21K with a comp plan
