I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NCGS (Charleston, SC)
Interview
First, no one in HR interviewed me. Very odd, but the premise was they did not have an HR so I understood. This process took about a month. First, a phone interview with one individual. Second, a phone panel interview, and third, an in person interview with three people, one of which is the CEO and another from the second phone interview. It was very draining. A lot of the same questions asked throughout the process, tons of repetition. No one really kept it touch throughout to keep me updated. I had to reach out several times. I felt I was qualified for the role, but you never really know what a company is looking for.
Phone interview then a panel interview with staff. Very friendly and conversational style of interviewing. Call-back came within a week. On-boarding process was simple and effective. Typical work day was explained. Very sales-y type personalities attend interview. They work just as hard at selling the position to you as you do selling yourself. Come to interview prepared with some history of the company through prior research.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NCGS (Charleston, SC)
Interview
Was emailed by a recruiter who then phone screened me. She set up an in person interview with the team I would work with. Interview was rather easy and quick.
