Interview
First I get a "canned" email that HR wants to interview me. What I get instead is a recording app of which I must give my permission for this to happen. It's very poor method of presentation and I would highly advise not to. When I decided this was not for me, I was told by HR there's too many applicants...
HireVue digital interview. Zoom interview with associate. Zoom interview with head attorney. About a week or two between notifications regarding the next round of interviews. HireVue evaluates your application using AI, and team members don't seem well-coordinated/informed about you by the time you get to meet them for Zoom interviews.

Interview
4 Rounds. First initial call with recruiter, second call with supervisor, third call with the same supervisor, and last call with the VP. The second through fourth calls were held via Zoom and the first call was a phone call only. Each lasted about 30 minutes and reviewed resume, work experiences, goals, and application to the role.
