      Content Manager Interview

      Apr 14, 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Stamford, CT
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Stamford, CT) in Mar 2014

      Interview

This process was directly through nbc's hr, not a recruiting agency. They began with the standard phone screening, then in person interview with a peer team member, supervisor, and two counterparts in other departments. The actual interviews were great, no trick questions, just honest questions to learn about the candidate's experience and ability. The breakdown was in follow up, as follow ups with hr were futile, but when you did get a response they said they were still considering the candidate, but the job had been filled.
