Interview
First, HR interview about oneself. Then with the hiring manager on why, what, how of job. Then with VPs on why, what and how. Your skills, experience and capability. Then with other team members. It is grilling but it is a wonderful process.
"Applied online, the recruiter was quick to schedule the first round with the hiring manager. They went silent for 3 weeks after the first round and then came back for the next round with HR. It has been 3 weeks since that round and the recruiter has ghosted after that. Sheer waste of time They want you to join immediately but take 3 months to complete the interview process, plus they can ghost you anytime during the interview process"

Interview
HR is the worst part, they will abuse you in the interview.
Functional heads matter and they are professional, you don''t have to lose your cool.
The functional heads and senior management know this business and will ask you about profile fitment, your expectations and also ask you a bit of behavioral questions.

HR will ask you: Maa, Baap, Bhai, Behen, Place of Birth, Place of residence, How will you commute, etc basically they will ask you interviews revolving around your passport details (lol)
