The interview process at NASCAR was pretty standard; there were no off-the-wall questions and I felt comfortable throughout the process. I met with three different people during the in-person interview.
I had all phone interviews and was about 30 minutes with each person I spoke with. I spoke with a total of 4 people. First was the recruiter, the hiring manager and the members of the department. The process took about a month.

I applied online. I interviewed at NASCAR in Sep 2022
Interview
Phone call from the recruiter went well, was about 15 minutes. She asked about my skills and why I would be the best candidate for the role. Next, I had a zoom interview with the head of the department I was applying for. The woman let me know that she was super casual, which was fine. She essentially talked about the role and the team for 20 minutes. I found it very hard to have a chance to speak about myself and why i would be a good fit. She asked me 2 questions - neither of them relating to the job or my skills. I was not given a fair chance to prove that I would have been a good fit for the role since I was unable to speak. She then asked for my availability for the next two days, I gave it to her, and she said that she would set me up for a zoom with the other members of the team. The same day I got an email from the recruiter saying they went a different direction.
