I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NAPA Auto Parts (Williamsville, NY)
Interview
Interview process was extremely lengthy and choppy. I was first given a brief phone interview, then I was asked to come in for a one-on-one interview. After completing the one-on-one interview, I was asked to come back to take a tour of the warehouse and meet the management team. After meeting the entire Management team and multiple interviews, I was given an online assessment to complete at home and never received a call back. I would suggest they save the applicant and management some time and have them complete the online assessment first and give their candidates feedback or at the very least let them know they were not selected.

Other Human Resources Manager interview reviews for NAPA Auto Parts
Interview process was fair but very lengthy. You go through at minimum 3 rounds of interviews and then any additional questions or testing they may have you will go thru that as well. Overall not a bad experience. I would recommend knowing about the company
I applied online. I interviewed at NAPA Auto Parts (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2022
Interview
Extremely rigorous interviewing process. Must take Watson-Glaser test and meet with a Psychologist. Several rounds of video interviews, one in-person interview with General Manager. Background check and dealing with HR at the headquarters level was time consuming.

I applied through other source. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at NAPA Auto Parts (Fresno, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
There were multiple interviews including a personality test. Once you get through that there is a math and verbal reasoning test (timed) given at the airport in Phoenix with a Psychologist. This took place in a loud restaurant which was extremely distracting and unprofessional.
