45min phone interview with multiple people to screen for a potential on-site interview. They called me at the designated time and we spoke about their needs for the position and how I would fit into the role and their organization. It was a pleasant conversation and from what I could gather, it would have been a good fit for both sides. Ultimately, though, I was not offered the position as I wasn't able to enter the role within their required timeline.
