Interview consisted of predetermined questions focusing on quality tools and coworker interaction. All questions were the "classics". Describe a quality issue & how you determined root cause and implemented corrective action. How would you deal with a difficult person on your team? etc. There was no plant tour or opportunity to see the actual manufacturing floor. It took one month to receive the official rejection letter.
