I send my CV to Hays and got a one-to-one interview with a recruiter, then went to NAB assessment centre the next day. Generally, this is the most relaxed interview I have ever had, it mainly about group activity and role play and 15 mins one-to-one interview with a team leader from the panel of NAB. I was very into this position but unfortunately, they selected an internal applicant.
