After an intro to the Head of Int'l, had 2 interviews through skype (1 general, 1 more analytical), one round on location with various interviews and case studies and final chat with the Founders. Throughout a great experience, very professional, very interesting and exciting if you are passionate about fintech / digital banks. Very high quality people, seems like a great place to work.

Question 1
Key is really understanding line by line the company's revenue model and potential it generates in the market. Need to understand specifics of the different countries that the company has expanded to, or wants to expand to. They will challenge you on the way you reason and make you show analytics.

Applied through the internet and they got back at me 2 weeks later.
I did in total 2 interviews ( I guess the process was 4 rounds in total), both of them by phone. The first with my potential future boss, and the 2nd with a potential colleague.
