I had a total of 7 interviews over a 12 week time span only to be told they were actually on a hiring pause and not hiring for the position after all. HR was difficult to get a hold of and I was ghosted for weeks after each interview round. Would not apply here again after such an inconsiderate process.

I completed 5 virtual interviews for this position. While the interviews went well, I dealt with enough unprofessionalism in between them to be content with not getting the offer. For a growing company, the hiring process should be more streamlined.
