I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at MyPlanAdvocate in Sep 2022
Interview
Entire process took 6 weeks, entirely too long for a low-level position. Had 3 different interviews with 3 different individuals, including their CEO (Like I said before, unnecessary for a low-level position). CEO told me I would hear back from them within the next week, as they were looking to move forward quickly. After not hearing from them for over 2 weeks, I followed up a second time via email. I was told "We have not yet filled the position. We received over 200 applicants and are still trying to narrow down qualified candidates. We are still going to need some time before we make our final decision." It seemed like he had forgotten he had interviewed me at all. At this point, if they were going to extend an offer, I was planning on declining due to how unorganized they seemed. A week later, I was told they were not going to proceed with my application.
Please don't make empty promises to candidates & lead them on. It's a waste of everyone's time.
