I applied through another source and my recruitment experience with them was unique. I was already a Manager previously but initially applied only for a Team Lead role since it was the only opening available for a Lead role. After a day or two, I received an initial interview invite from the Hiring Manager. On the day of the interview, luckily a few minutes before the interview itself, I noticed that the AOM role also opened and expressed my intent to the Hiring Manager in which she gladly processed me for both roles. After my first interview with the Operations Manager, I was interviewed next by the General Manager of Operations. Both of them have been really accommodating and transparent about what they're looking for and the culture of the company. They asked questions that are totally appropriate and reasonable for someone applying for this role. The interviews were done via Google calls and I learned that I was hired when I visited their office and joined the team lunch after. What a delight!
