      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at My Senior Health Plan (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2025

      Interview

      I had my initial interview with Rachael and she was very kind. My issue is with the second interview. The CEO was 15 minutes late to the scheduled meeting. Did not apologize for being late. When he did join, I was able to give an introduction and background on myself. Immediately, he started invalidating my experience and naming all of the things he wanted from the candidate for this position (implying I did not have any of these skills). I sat there for another 10 minutes while he basically told me what I *should* have said and what I *should* be focusing on in my career. This was unsolicited advice and felt extremely demeaning. I also completed a skill assessment pre-interview which took about 45 minutes and was recorded. I scored in the 99% percentile on 2 out of the 3 sections. Because of these test results and my 6+ years of experience (they asked for 2-3 years) I felt I was very qualified for this position. It truly felt like he was not interested in speaking to me and that I was a waste of his time. I would never want to work for someone that speaks to and treats people in this way. Worst interview experience I have ever had.
