I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Music Tribe (Bengaluru) in Oct 2021
Interview
Total 3 rounds.
First round was a non-technical interview for screening.
The second round was a technical interview.
I have found that the technical Interviewers were not polite. They were really sarcastic.
That made me think that the company culture is not healthy.
I have declined the offer.

Interview
Quick and organised, met some lovely people in the team and feel this is going to be a fantastic place to work for anyone successful in the interview process. This company has exciting projects doing things no one else is even close to doing in the music sector and industry.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Music Tribe (Kidderminster, England) in Nov 2010
Interview
The interview was an initial general discussion about skills and experience. We were given a power point presentation about the products to click through before the interview started. The interview was a fairly long trip from where I lived at the time, although I was happy to travel it seemed like this type of general interview would have been better done over the phone.
I had several years of experience in audio and pro audio development so I was looking for an opportunity at a company like this. Although it looked really interesting work and great products, I wasn't sure if I wanted to work there mainly because of relocation. This would have come across in the interview, but I was hoping to learn more about the company. However, I wasn't told any reasons why it's a great place to work. There wasn't even a quick tour of the workplace or products even though the interview was onsite which seemed strange, so I left feeling a bit unsure about the job.
I didn't get past this round of interview so it made no difference in the end, but the whole process seemed more cold than other places I interviewed at around the time.
