I applied online. I interviewed at Music Choice in Oct 2022
Interview
I applied via a recruiter, and then did a take-home assessment. Based on my take-home assessment I was given a phone interview. The phone interview was fine, but I was immediately rejected for having too little experience. I think the phone screen should have come first because if I didn't have enough experience for the position, what was the point in doing the take-home assessment? That shows a lack of respect for candidate time.
It was really awesome. The people seem to really love working there. They have a passion for what they do and try to find more innovative ways for the business to thrive.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Music Choice (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
I was contacted for an interview about a week after I applied. I met with three people who said they all worked closely together. Head of digital Marketing senior editor and senior producer. I was also given an editing test which was just putting together a sizzler out of footage of some music videos. I also had a take home copy writing test. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. I think a little bit too easy to talk to which is why I might not have got an offer.
