I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at MusclePharm
Interview
Corporate HR reached out immediately and set up a formal session. This discussion went well. I was then pushed forward to a series of interviews with an executive assistant, Sales Director, and the President/CFO. During this period, my interviews were moved several times, sometimes at the last minute to future time slots. After this series of interviews I was moved forward to an interview with the CEO. This interview was moved once and during the new time slot the CEO got on the interview, told me he was busy and to send him a text to set up a new time. I followed through with this process and never received any response. I followed up with HR and was told they would have a response by the next day. I never received a response. I followed up via email and phone call several times and was only given a response when I formally rescinded my application.
Throughout the entire process and through the several discussions with HR they were insistent that I would be getting a job offer. When I told them that I would be rescinding my application status they responded that they were moving in a different direction.
