Brief phone interview asking basic questions, such as how to do a serial dilution. Followed by an in-person tour of the company, a possible presentation, and a possible "quiz". Interview varies based on level of experience.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a panel interview, and one on one interviews with key personnel. The process was largely informal, consisting first of a review of work history and hypothetical questions to access technical ability. Heavy emphasis was given to behavioral interviewing to assure a good fit within a small tightly knit company.
