I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Munich Re (Princeton, NJ) in Apr 2015
Interview
Very casual interview, felt more like a conversation between friends than a job interview; interviewer briefly discussed resume and then continued on to hobbies and other extra-curriculars.
Was initially supposed to be a panel interview, but due to scheduling, became a one-on-one.
Didn't hear back after in person interview.
There was only one interview. It was a one on two online interview; the interviewers were very friendly and introduced the company's benefits, internship salary, and number of vacation days.
Did a one way video interview, which took a long time to get that. Then took extremely long after that to get a phone call about another interview, missed the call, returned the call shortly after and left a voicemail, no response. Called again the next day and left a voicemail, no response. And as of now never heard back. But I see a lot of reviews saying something similar so I have no high hopes for this position really.

Question 1
Why would you make a good candidate?
How do you handle multiple priorities?
Dear candidate,
thank you for sharing your feedback on your interview experience. We are sorry to hear about the lack of follow-up you experienced. This is not the standard we aim to provide.
We value timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process and will take your feedback into account as we continue to improve.
Kind regards,
Munich Re
There’re two rounds of interview. Recruiters are nice and friendly, asking questions about your experience on the resume. Be familiar with that. Also talk about few behavioral questions as well.
