Sehr offene und ehrliche Art. Waren bemüht ein angenehmes Gesprächsklima herzustellen. 3 Personen war anwesend einer davon nur mit Smartphone und als passiver Zuhörer. Zwei waren als aktive Fragesteller tätig.

Für eine Einstiegsposition war Unmenge von Fachfragen. Es würde mehrmals betont, dass für die Einarbeitung brauchte man dann mindestens halbes Jahr. Stattdessen müsste ich schon in dem Interview die Tabelle beschreiben und erklären, was ich da alles sehe. Tabelle, die sehr Stellenspezifisch ist und für Einsteiger schwer zu beschreiben ist.
