First you must complete the online application with online tests. If successful, there is a zoom call with a current employee. Finally there is an assessment day with a group exercise, an in-depth interview with two employees. During this interview, you need to give a presentation, answer questions related to your background, industry knowledge, logic/ market-sizing etc. During this assessment day, you also have the chance to informally chat with some employees as well, to learn a little bit more about the company.

The duration of the interviews is just right. Interviewers are very friendly and professional. Very pleasant experience. The HR follows up fairly quickly before and after the interviews. In short a very enjoyable interview experience.
