bad interview process. dont have knowledge himself. if you are relative of person having higher position then it's OK. they need to change office management first. no interview if you are relative.

Interview
It was a two step interview. first with the HR manager which lasted some 20-30 minutes, who asked me some general questions about myself , education qualification and the role for which i applied, and then i was shortlisted for the next round. it was with the CEO, general manager, they will ask you questions like why this company and not any other and stuffs like that. then the results were listed next week.
