Chip/processor mounting is an engineering specialty. There are great engineers who spend their entire careers understanding and perfecting these techniques. That's why processor manufacturers provide mounts and mounting guidelines. If Nvidia is looking to understand this more, they need to find and hire several of these specialists. Otherwise, follow provided mounting guidelines, use load-cells to measure resulting forces, thermal cameras, thermocouples and processor feedback to check and validate.
