Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies Training Program interview questions

I was screened by their recruitment specialist in November, had an interview with the Training Program Manager a month later. The interview went well and they told me their timeline for filling the position. No response during the anticipated timeline so I followed up about a month later. I received a response to my follow up that they hadn't yet decided on the next round of interviews, so they would contact me when that decision was made. Another month goes by, no response. I follow up, no response. This company ghosted me after I spent several weeks preparing for interviews, awaiting a response. It's HR 101 to at least respond to applicants who don't move forward in the interview process. The failure to do so keeps people on the hook, hoping for a response. Now I've lost respect for this organization, and their credibility is seriously lacking. Do better, MAPS. Warning: Don't apply here unless you're open to being completely ghosted. I read the glassdoor reviews and brushed them off. Now, unfortunately, I received the same treatment.
