Question 1
They asked me to walk through how I’d troubleshoot a user’s computer that suddenly stopped connecting to the network.
Unclear Hiring Process and Poor Communication
The recruiter came across as somewhat dismissive and mentioned they were eager to fill the role quickly, suggesting a high likelihood of hiring from the current interview round. I was moved forward to speak with the hiring manager and another team member. However, after being told I’d hear back by the end of the week, I received no follow-up. Assuming I'd been ghosted, I archived the job from my list. A week later, I received a generic rejection email with a strange reply-to address. Just two hours after that automated message, I noticed the same position reposted on LinkedIn as a new listing. This left me questioning how serious they really are about filling the role.
