There are 3 phases to the recruitment process. phase 1 is a video interview - they ask questions about yourself and about the role. It would suffice to be prepared for scenario based questions as well as about the role. Second phase is an aptitude test, not much of prep can be done - do your best and try not to take a lot of time. Phase 3 is an interview with a panel, they take turns to ask questions about yourself, but you have to speak about yourself outside of your CV and transcript. They ask scenario based questions too
