I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mr. Delivery (Austin, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
It's an easy job, so they just want to make sure you can do simple tasks and follow instruction. Sat down with the Project Coordinator and Call Center manager. The Project Coordinator did the interview process, the call center manager was there to be sure I was a good fit. They asked simple questions like what my availability looked like, any commitments that may interfere with work (I was going to school at the time), if transportation would be an issue, if I had any experience in customer service, etc. Basic questions.
