      Content Creator Interview

      Apr 7, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Movement Strategy (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2025

      Interview

What kind of company interviews a candidate for 5 weeks, then ghosts them? Movement Strategy! I'm so disappointed-- I met with 6 different people within the company plus the client, did a skill assessment project, and can't even get a response to my emails letting me know that I did not get the job. It's extremely inconsiderate not only of someone's time, but their existence as a human being. In the end, I'm glad I won't be working here, and this was a huge red flag. The client also had a totally different idea of what the position was, it seemed like I was interviewing for a different job with them. I'm pretty sure this is because they're trying to hire one person for two positions starting at an already low base salary. Total chaos, please learn how to get organized and maybe respond to your candidates who you've had on the line for 5+ weeks.
