Simple. Just fill out application, immediate hire, there is group orientation about the how they want you to preform the job, afterward you will be asked to fill out w2 information and electronically signature. Fill out a schedule sheet that you can attend work. They send you out to dial on the floor for a few hours or until the shift ends.

The entire interview was online, in the form of a survey that you took that was fairly basic. Most of the survey seemed to gauge personality, with a short free form section at the end to test understanding and writing ability (although writing ability did not enter into carrying out the job).
