Interview
3 step process. Discovery call to learn more about the opportunity and they ask you questions about your background, experience, and your interest in recruiting. They invite you in to meet with them and you do a bunch of 1-on-1's with managers. They ask you more questions about your background, explain their environment, how they work, train, compensation, all that. Then there is a final round interview where they really grill you on things about motivation, career growth, and alignment with the culture.

What do you know about the technology sector?
What are you motivated by?
Where do you want to be in a few years?
Questions about school, major, classes I took, etc.

Interview
It was Easy and simple and the people interviewing me took their time to get to know me better, It was very laid back. I got asked the typical questions such as "Tell me about yourself, and one or two behavioral questions.

Three stages of interviews- easy. Just know how to talk and know how to be personable and approachable when answering the questions. It's an entry level position so a good first job for those coming out of school.
