Interview
The interview was smoother than I initially thought. The initial interview was a 15 minute interview and the recruiter was mainly going over the logistics and asks if you have any other questions. Then the final round interview consisted of two 30-minute interviews with Senior Managers. The questions seemed more conversational and consisted of mainly behavioral questions. Definitely prepare beforehand and it'll feel fast.
One 15 minute interview with recruiter, then on a different day two 30 minute interviews with manager/partner in your field. Not technical at all, all about showing your personality. f f f f
It was a simple and easy connection, talking about why tax, why Moss Adams, and explaining who you are. The interviewer was extremely accepting and gave amazing advice for the next steps.
It was first a 20 to 30 min call with recruiter, then two 30 minute interviews with a senior manager and partner. All were behavioral interviews, no technical questions asked, mostly gauging interest
