Moser Aviation interview questions

After the initial HR contact, there are 2 phases. Hr forwards a 10 page “manual” about ac. Studied for a week for interview. Interview was postponed. 1st phase is a 15 minute technical interview about aircraft and FARs. Took personal time to study about an ac I had never seen. Interview finally took place 3 weeks later. Didn’t make it pass 1st phase. HR never contacted me to let me know I would not be moving on. Unbelievably poor HR consideration. Definitely not a “people” company
