I had a telephone interview. They were "in a holding pattern" RE: the position, and I accepted a job at another company.
The interview process was relatively straight forward. I am assuming the department is underfunded and most hires have 0-5 years of experience.

The interview process was very professional, while simultaneously being non-intimidating. I felt very comfortable about asking questions and sharing my expertise. They did a great job getting back to me when they said they were going to get back to me.

The interview process was fairly easy. I was interviewed by two people and was asked a series of standard interview questions. I was asked to come back for a second interview, but declined. I was offered a position with another company. If I had not been offered a position with another company I would have continued with the interview process.
