1. Recruiter called me, offered a postion and conducted a short survey. One premaid questiuon was stupid - "what is the difference between scrum and agile". Comon, that position is not about scrum mastering or agile couching.
2. Live interview with delivery manager and system architector. They like not relevant questions... And position description is delusive - i'm system analyst for back, and they asked questions assuming i've great experience with front. You should state that requirement in description of the position. Not a single question about my analysts skills (diagrams notations, requirements eliciting, specifications...)...
