Interview process was surprisingly in-depth starting out with 1st interview with HR/RECRUITING team member, 2nd interview was on Microsoft teams, it was video, panel style interview with 2 safety directors. 3rd interview I was flown out to one of their sites (all expenses paid) and monitored and observed on how I interact with the onsite personnel as well as asked various questions pertaining to the job.
