had a chat with one of the managers in the back of the cafe, just asked generic questions, why do you want to work here, why would you be good at this job etc

Was easy enough think they just take anyone to fill a role. Took about 15 minutes. Normal questions. Take dress and shoe size. Found out a few days later then loads of emails to get set up
