There was a single interview on zoom, followed by telephone conversations and emailed and texts going back and forth, there was a conditional offer pending background check, after the background check came back clean, a formal offer, acceptance, start date about two weeks later.

Intensive it was a zoom interview with a large number of partners and lots of questions. Though overall it was short. High billable expected and lots of expectations. Overall sounds supportive.
