My first interview involved discussing how my qualifications best fit the job description. I promptly received a follow-up of what I could expect next. My next interview involved discussing the Morrison culture and my previous experience with a Regional Chef. I was then interviewed by the Regional Director of Operations outlining my previous experience with the expectations of the position. Receiving positive feedback from that interview, I then interviewed with the Client to ensure a good fit among all parties. The process took approximately two months.

It was a very thorough and smooth interview process. Each step of the way the interviewee communicated the next steps and the process. They all were very easy to talk too, friendly and welcoming.
