We’re sorry for your unfortunate experience with our interview process. Our goal is to close the loop with every candidate in a timely manner, but despite best intentions that doesn’t always happen. Occasionally, through the process of meeting candidates for a role, we may decide to rethink the definition of the role itself. Or we meet a candidate who may not exactly fit with the original role but we want to consider for another role. These “detours” can cause an unexpected delay in the process. That’s not intended to be an excuse, and I don’t know if this was the situation in your case, but we wanted to share some context. Obviously we could have done a better job of communicating with you, regardless.
