In the interview process for the MDP Associate role at Morningstar, my CV was first selected, and then I passed an assessment. Following that, I attended a candidate information session where information about the company and job details were explained. The process continued with two rounds of interviews, but unfortunately, I was rejected after the first round. During the interview, I was asked to introduce myself and answer some behavioral questions.
