I was flown in for this interview that consisted of sitting down and talking with 10 different people that consisted of the HR manager all the the way to the CEO himself! The first couple of interviews consisted of me just telling them about myself and some of my background. As the day moved on, the deep SQL technical questions started. They never asked anything to caught me off guard, but the questions where in depth and you have to know what you are talking about as these are some smart people. I would highly recommend anyone walking in to this interview know, query optimizing, and SQL administration at a professional level. They took me to lunch and showed me around the office (very very nice building/office space) and even went as far as introducing me to some of the people around the place. Overall it was a very long day (I flew in that morning and left the same night), but overall the interview process was very professional and straight forward.
