The selection process involved a brief 10-minute phone call with the Morningstar HR asking general questions, followed by a meeting with the team members. The process was very flexible, as it was entirely conducted online, making it highly accessible. However, they proved to be rather opaque and after investing time in going through the selection process they didn't even bother to provide feedback or inform about the outcome

Interview
First a call with a HR then an interview of 45 mins with the manager then 1 hour interview with two managers based in Paris. They never give an answer negative or positive. This behavior seems in contradiction with their values. A total waste of time not professional and not respectful. They also never told you the salary. I am glad I didn't get it

2) VP and person to be replaced - Very open and professional!
3) VP of sales: Very relaxed yet very open and professional!
