1 self-recorded + 3 rounds. 1st round is behavioural with one person 2nd round is 4 back to back with different people in your area of interest 3rd round is a group case study. I thought I did well across the board but somehow didn’t get an offer.

Individual interview, then 4 interviews and group interview with case study. No knowledge or skill questions asked, all personality and intuition. Case study is with 3 other applicants about a problem morningstar faces
The role revolves around data collection from listed company & startups annual reports, as per set pre-defined rules.

This is simple in nature, quite easy revolves around basic finance topics & aptitude questions.

Interview
The Morningstar interview process was well-structured and efficient. The interviewers were professional, asked relevant questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Overall, the interview was a positive experience and was done back to back.
