The part interview process One way video interview then one on one 30 min video interview. Last stage is four 30 minute back to back interviews alongside a case study interview that happens on a separate day

Individual interview, then 4 interviews and group interview with case study. No knowledge or skill questions asked, all personality and intuition. Case study is with 3 other applicants about a problem morningstar faces
The role revolves around data collection from listed company & startups annual reports, as per set pre-defined rules.

This is simple in nature, quite easy revolves around basic finance topics & aptitude questions.

Interview
The Morningstar interview process was well-structured and efficient. The interviewers were professional, asked relevant questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Overall, the interview was a positive experience and was done back to back.
