Interview
Phone interview with talent acquisition specialist. Then in office interview with local attorney. Then a zoom interview with the attorney who would be my supervisor and team leader. Then a background and conflicts check followed by a written offer of employment. Then lots of support during the onboarding process.

Question 1
The interview was largely about seeing if I was a good cultural and personality fit and to ensure I was passionate about going to trial.
There was an initial interview with recruiter. I then moved to the next round and had subsequent interviews with two other attorneys in the firm and final interview with managing partner
There was a virtual interview with managing partner who was based in Kentucky. He told me about the pay structure and pitched an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing business.
Phone interview then in person interview. Relaxed and asked some additional questions regarding the background of your work. Spoke about their work and roles at Morgan and Morgan and what to expect.
