Moonshot interview questions

A screening interview followed by a competency task. After passing that, there were a few rounds of interviews with different compositions of staff (peers, supervisors, other potential colleagues), ensuring a good fit both in terms of experience, but also culturally within the company.

Round 1 - HR screening interview- 20m Round 2 - Head of Engineering & Senior dev Interview and Technical test (40m) - 2h20m Round 3 - Product Manager interview- 20m Round 4 - Coffee chat with 3 team members - 1h Round 5 - Head of People & Culture and CEO - 1h The interview process is solid. Moonshot want to make sure they hire the right people. It was a great learning experience but it was quite exhausting. I got to e-meet 9 people in total which gave me a really good feel for the job and the company culture. Very happy working at Moonshot and I love the mission that they are on. The whole process (1st interview until offer) took almost 5 weeks. There were some illnesses that delayed the process.
